To my Baby Slut Goddess.
To my Pin-Up Queer Queen.
To my Boy Butter Adonis.
To my Tried-It-Once-And-Never-Again.
To my Peep Show Princess with a retirement plan.
To all those who have taken on this unpredictable, tipsy-turvy, face down ass up lifestyle–This is our love letter to you.
You are loved. You are home. You are family. Add a portrait, whatever that may mean to you, to our living room and show us at your most intimate and divine. Whether that manifests in performance or visual art, you are wanted and welcome to our night of celebration and self care.
SWOP Chicago is seeking the artwork of current and former sex workers for an art show in honor of International Sex Workers Rights Day on March 3rd.
We want you to be part of our Chicago family and help us create an exhibition that represents the diversity of the profession. This year’s exhibition will focus on the idea of portraiture in both literal and abstract interpretations, and is open to performance, photography, sculpture, music, dance and beyond.
Display your portrait in our cozy living room and know that you are home. This year’s exhibition will take place at the Church of Templehead gallery in Pilsen.
